Add orders by handCopy link
Type orders in one at a time for small plans, one-off additions, and quick fixes to an imported list. Everything happens on the Orders page, with the map beside the list.
For batches, paste a list of addresses or import a spreadsheet instead. All three methods mix freely in one plan.

Add an orderCopy link
On the Orders page, press + Add new. The order editor opens on the left with two required fields:
- ID: any unique name, like "Order 12" or a customer reference. It shows on the route and in exports.
- Address: start typing and pick a match from the suggestions. The list shows your own Address Book entries first (marked with a star), then map search results. Picking one places the pin.
Press Save order and the order appears in the list and on the map. Close discards the draft.
Everything else in the editor is optional: loads, priority, time windows, service duration. See Time windows, service time, priority, and load for what each field does.
Every address you enter here is saved to the Address Book automatically. The next order at the same place autocompletes from it, and editing that address later moves every order that uses it.

When the address will not resolveCopy link
If the search finds nothing, or puts the pin in the wrong place, press Customize in the editor. The single search field expands into separate Address, Area, Latitude, and Longitude fields, and the pin on the map becomes draggable:
- Drag the pin to the exact door. The coordinates update as you drop it.
- Or type coordinates by hand. Pasting a "lat, lng" pair copied from an online map fills both fields at once.
- Or find the place with the map's own search box (or a right-click on the map), then press Use map address.

Edit, locate, and deleteCopy link
Hover an order row to reveal its three actions:
- Edit opens the order in the editor. Clicking anywhere on the row does the same.
- Show on map centers the map on the stop and opens its pin popup. It is disabled while the address has no location yet.
- Delete removes the order after a confirmation.
Work with many orders at onceCopy link
- The Filter box above the list narrows it to matching rows.
- Tick the checkbox on each row (or the header checkbox for all), then open the ⋮ menu in the list header and choose Delete selected. Deleting cannot be undone.
- The More menu next to + Add new handles bulk import and export for this list: see Import from Excel or CSV.
