Integrations: Excel, CSV, and Google CalendarCopy link
Data comes in and goes out through spreadsheets, Google Calendar, and an AI assistant.
Excel and CSVCopy link
Orders, depots, and vehicles import from XLSX, XLS, or CSV files, and every solution exports as an XLSX workbook. The round trip with another system: export from your order system, import here, optimize, export the routes back out.
- Getting data in: Import your stops
- Getting results out: Export routes to Excel
Each list page also has More > Download template, so other systems can target the headers Routing24 expects.
Google CalendarCopy link
Press Import calendar on the Home page. You authorize your Google account, pick the calendars and a date range, and Routing24 creates one order per event, using the event location as the address and, optionally, the event description for the job duration and time window. Events without usable times get a default 8am to 5pm window.
Google Calendar import is part of the Starter and Pro plans.
AI assistantsCopy link
An AI assistant can operate Routing24: reshape a supplier file into importable orders, repair addresses the geocoder could not place, run the optimizer, edit the result, and hand the routes to another system. That integration has its own chapter, starting with WebMCP: Routing24 as an AI tool.
Optimization APICopy link
An Optimization API for system-to-system integrations is part of the Pro plans and is set up together with our team. There are no self-serve public endpoints today; contact us through Chat with us or support@routing24.com to discuss your integration.
