Integrations: Excel, CSV, and Google Calendar™

Data enters and leaves Routing24 through spreadsheets, Google Calendar™, an AI assistant, and the Optimization API. This page lists each connection and where to set it up.

Excel and CSV

Orders, depots, and vehicles import from XLSX, XLS, or CSV files. Every routing plan exports as an XLSX workbook. The round trip with another system has four steps: export from your order system, import here, optimize, and export the routes back out.

Google Calendar™

Press Import calendar on the Home page, authorize your Google account, and pick the calendars and a date range. Routing24 creates one order per event: the event location becomes the address. Optionally, the event description supplies the service duration and time window. With Get from event description selected, an event whose description names no window gets the Default order time window, 8am to 5pm unless you change it in the import dialog.

AI assistants

Routing24 has a built-in AI assistant. It also publishes an MCP server that Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants can connect to. The assistant can be used to convert data from any format into Routing24 orders/vehicles/settings, geocode addresses and repair geocoding errors, run the optimizer, and edit the result. Optimization API

The Optimization API is provided as an add-on to the Pro plans, and is available as a cloud API and as self-hosted containers. Contact us at support@routing24.com to learn more.
