Plans and billing

Routing24 has three plans. The difference between them is features, not volume: every plan, including FREE, has unlimited stops and unlimited vehicles. This page lists what each plan includes and where to manage the subscription.

The trial

Every new account starts a trial at registration. There is no plan choice at signup and no credit card is required.

When the trial ends, you subscribe to a paid plan or stay on FREE.

What FREE includes

FREE covers the full planning loop with the core constraints:

• Non-commercial and community use

• Excel and CSV import and export

• Time windows, vehicle capacity, and delivery (from the depot) and pickup (carried to the depot) loads

• Driver shifts

• Multi-trip routes with unlimited depot reloads

• Multiple depots, open-ended routes, multi-day planning

• The fixed, per-distance, per-hour, and per-stop vehicle costs

• The AI assistant, and connecting Claude or ChatGPT over the MCP server

Support is email and chat. FREE is for non-commercial, learning, and educational use. Small-scale commercial use can be allowed on a case-by-case basis.

What STARTER adds

• All commercial use allowed
• Google Maps™, Street View™, and Google-quality address search
• A larger AI budget for the assistant
• Route sharing with drivers: a mobile route link that works like an app
• Personal onboarding and priority support

What PRO adds

• Pre-packaged constraint set for vertical route optimization cases: construction, NEMT, cold chain, food distribution
• Pickup and delivery transfers, and alternative order groups
• Tags (vehicle-order compatibility) and force allow/deny lists
• Explicit reload depots, max distance, max duration, max overtime, and overtime cost
• Customized vehicle routing: truck profiles, no-go zones, time-dependent road closures (coming)
• Batch dispatching to a driver pool (coming)
• The largest AI budget for the assistant
• Optimization API for integrations (set up with our team, see Integrations)

Manage your subscription

Billing is managed on the account page: compare the plans, subscribe with the embedded Stripe checkout, and later open the Stripe portal from the same page to change or cancel the subscription, update the card, or download invoices. The Upgrade button in the app header leads to the same page.
