Routing24 has three plans. The difference between them is features, not volume: every plan, including Free, has unlimited stops, unlimited vehicles, unlimited optimizations, and no daily or monthly caps.

The full planning loop with the core constraints: Excel and CSV import and export, time windows, vehicle capacity, delivery and pickup loads, driver shifts, the fixed, per-distance, per-hour, and per-stop vehicle costs, multiple depots, open-ended routes, multi-day planning, and plain multi-trip reloading. Maps are OpenStreetMap. Support is email and chat. Free is for non-commercial and small-scale use.

The free paid-feature budgetCopy link
- Fields that belong to a higher tier show a small PRO or START pill in the editors, but they stay editable on every plan.
- Your first 5 optimizations that use above-tier features run without an upgrade dialog.
- After those 5, running an optimization that uses paid features shows an upgrade dialog: "You have used all 5 free optimizations". Pressing Continue still runs the optimization, but the listed paid features are ignored by the solver for that run. The fields themselves stay in your plan.
- Export is not gated by the budget. If the plan uses paid features after the budget is spent, the export dialog warns and shows how many free optimizations you have used, then Export still completes. The exported workbook always contains the paid-feature columns as you entered them; if the optimization ran with those rules ignored, the dialog says so.
- Route sharing is gated by the same budget but does not consume it: while any of the 5 remain, sharing works (with a reminder dialog), and once the budget is spent the Share route button in the dialog is disabled until you upgrade.

Upgrade and manage your subscriptionCopy link
Billing is handled on the account page: compare the plans, subscribe with the embedded Stripe checkout, and later open the Stripe portal from the same page to change or cancel the subscription, update the card, or download invoices. Signed-in free users also have an Upgrade button in the app header that leads there.
