Jeder optimierte Plan wird als Excel-Arbeitsmappe über Exportieren auf der Seite Optimieren exportiert. Das Blatt Routenstopps listet jeden Stopp in Fahrreihenfolge mit seiner ETA auf. Das Blatt Routenstatistik hat eine Zusammenfassungszeile pro Route. Die Blätter Aufträge, Depots und Fahrzeuge wiederholen Ihre Eingaben, mit dem Grund für jeden nicht zugewiesenen Auftrag. Der Export funktioniert in jedem Tarif.

Es gibt keine Druckansicht und kein PDF. Diese Seite beschreibt, von wo Sie exportieren, welche Blätter die Routenplan-Arbeitsmappe enthält und welche Spalten die beiden Routenblätter haben.

Routenstopps ist das erste Blatt der Arbeitsmappe. Der Export lässt Spalten weg, die für Ihren Plan leer wären; Ihre Arbeitsmappe kann daher weniger Spalten haben als die Tabellen unten.

Spalten des Blatts Routenstopps

Das Blatt Routenstopps enthält eine Zeile pro Stopp, gruppiert nach Route und in Fahrreihenfolge sortiert. Die folgenden Tabellen basieren auf denselben Spaltendefinitionen, die auch beim Export verwendet werden. Spalten mit der Kennzeichnung Format: Zeit * enthalten echte Excel-Zeitwerte statt Text, wie in der Referenz der Tabellenspalten erklärt.

Order type

Order type of the stop: "Pickup" or "Delivery" for the two ends of a site-to-site transfer, "Depot" for a regular order or a depot stop.

A "Depot" stop is a regular order served from the depot (its load is delivered from the depot, or picked up and brought back to it), or a depot visit itself.

A "Pickup" stop and its matching "Delivery" stop are the two ends of one transferred load: it is picked up at the "Pickup" stop and dropped at the "Delivery" stop later on the same route.

Die beiden Google Maps™-Spalten verlinken jede Zeile mit dem Stopp auf der Karte und mit der Schritt-für-Schritt-Navigation ab dem vorherigen Stopp. Die Links werden außerhalb von Routing24 aufgelöst und funktionieren aus einer per E-Mail gesendeten Kopie des Blatts.

Gründe für ungeplante Aufträge im Blatt Aufträge

In einem Routenplan-Export erhält das Blatt Aufträge eine Spalte Ungeplant. Die Spalte ist für bediente Aufträge leer. Für einen nicht eingeplanten Auftrag enthält sie dieselbe Erklärung, die das Panel Nicht zugewiesen auf der Seite Optimieren anzeigt. Einheiten folgen Ihren Einstellungen

Entfernungen werden in Kilometern oder Meilen exportiert und Zeiten im 24-Stunden- oder 12-Stunden-Format, wie in den Einstellungen festgelegt. Spaltenüberschriften ändern sich mit der Einheit (aus "Fahrstrecke, km" wird "Fahrstrecke, mi"). Wenn Sie die Einheiten wechseln, führen Sie die Optimierung erneut aus und laden Sie die Vorlagen erneut herunter, damit Dateien und Plan übereinstimmen.

Export und Tarif-Limits

Der Export funktioniert in jedem Tarif, angemeldet oder nicht. Wenn ein Plan Funktionen eines Bezahltarifs nutzt und das kostenlose Budget für Bezahlfunktionen aufgebraucht ist, zeigt der Export zuerst eine Warnung und fährt dann fort. Funktionieren die Google Maps™-Links im Export außerhalb von Routing24?

Ja. Das Blatt Routenstopps hat zwei Google Maps™-Spalten pro Zeile. Eine öffnet den Stopp auf der Karte, die andere öffnet die Schritt-für-Schritt-Navigation ab dem vorherigen Stopp. Beide Links werden in Google Maps™ selbst aufgelöst, nicht in Routing24, und funktionieren daher aus einer Kopie des Blatts, die per E-Mail an einen Fahrer gesendet oder in ein anderes System eingefügt wurde.

Kann ich als PDF exportieren oder die Routen drucken?

Nein. Routing24 exportiert eine Excel-Arbeitsmappe und hat keine Druckansicht und keinen PDF-Export. Öffnen Sie die Arbeitsmappe in Excel oder Google Sheets und drucken Sie das Blatt Routenstopps von dort, bei Bedarf gefiltert auf eine Route pro Fahrer. Fahrer erhalten ihre Route stattdessen als geteilten mobilen Link, der sich im Browser des Telefons mit ETAs und Navigation öffnet.

Warum stehen die Entfernungen in meinem Export in Meilen?

Entfernungen werden in Kilometern oder Meilen exportiert und Zeiten im 24-Stunden- oder 12-Stunden-Format, wie in den Einstellungen unten im linken Menü festgelegt. Spaltenüberschriften ändern sich mit der Einheit, aus Fahrstrecke, km wird also Fahrstrecke, mi.
