Routing24 is a route planning and optimization tool. You bring a list of stops, whether deliveries, pickups, or service visits, and R24 plans the most efficient way to cover them with the vehicles and drivers you have, respecting defined limits and business rules. Routes can be further dispatched to drivers's mobile app or exported.

Routing24 is both human and AI tool - the same plan opened in your browser can be created or edited by both or by your AI assistant.

Given your stops and your fleet, Routing24 decides which vehicle visits which stops, and in what order, while respecting the real-world rules your operation runs on: delivery time windows, vehicle capacity, driver shifts, and service time at each stop. The result is fewer miles, fewer vehicles, and tighter ETAs.

A maps app like Google Maps or Bing Maps finds the fastest path on the road between points you have already put in order. Routing24 decides the order itself and splits works across vehicles under constraints.

How a typical session flowsCopy link

A session has five steps:

  1. Import your stops. Paste addresses, upload a spreadsheet, import calendar events, or add them one at a time.
  2. Describe your fleet. How many vehicles, where they start and end, and any limits like capacity or shift length.
  3. Optimize. Run optimization, which builds ordered routes in seconds to minutes, depending on plan size.
  4. Review and edit. Check the routes, with possibility of manual editing and any errors throughly explained.
  5. Dispatch. Share each route with its driver as a link that opens on their phone, or export everything to Excel.
