Routing24 is a route planning and optimization tool for delivery and field-service fleets. It takes a list of deliveries, pickups, or service visits and assigns them to your vehicles in an optimized visiting order. Every route respects the time windows, capacity, and driver shifts you set. Drivers receive finished routes as mobile links. Routes also export to Excel.

What Routing24 does
Given your orders and your fleet, Routing24 decides which vehicle visits which stops, and in what order. It respects the real-world rules your operation runs on: delivery time windows, vehicle capacity, driver shifts, and service time at each stop. The optimizer minimizes the total cost, time, and distance of the routes.
A maps app like Google Maps™ or Bing Maps finds the fastest path on the road between points you have already put in order. Routing24 decides the order itself and splits the work across vehicles, within your constraints.

How a typical session flows
A session has five steps:
- Import your orders. Paste addresses, upload a spreadsheet, import calendar events, or add them one at a time.
- Describe your fleet. Enter how many vehicles you have, where they start and end, and any limits like capacity or shift length.
- Optimize. The optimizer builds ordered routes in seconds to minutes, depending on plan size.
- Review and edit. Check the routes and edit them by hand where needed. Routing24 lists unassigned orders and broken rules with the reason for each.
- Dispatch. Share each route with its driver as a link that opens on their phone, or export everything to Excel.
